I have been a patron here for a considerable time and have always had a fantastic experience- especially with Laila. She is an exceptional hairdresser and beautician, she always pays attention to what I want and comprehends with the utmost patience. Thank you Laila!!
I rarely leave reviews but I feel compelled to share my experience. The individuals here are delightful and I always get my eyebrows threaded here. I opted to get highlights done as well since the price was quite reasonable. The individual who performed the service was not a permanent staff member at this location. Unfortunately, my hair is now damaged and in the worst condition it has been in years after this, the highlights are uneven and there is a stark contrast at the front roots which I constantly have to hide and adjust my parting because of this. It has been a waste of time and money as I do not do this often and I still feel disappointed weeks after the appointment. Therefore, I felt compelled to write this. I will return only for eyebrow services. Never again for hair dyeing.
Not certain why still 2.9 overall but the other gentleman was brilliant as well today getting a wax this morning, Sejal was not in but no fuss, no pain, no issues with this other gentleman either. Pleasant friendly gentlemen, exceptional service thanks again. All the best.
