Absolutely adore the nail services here, they consistently exceed my expectations! The durability of my nails post-treatment is unmatched compared to other salons I've visited. The price point is fantastic for the quality of service provided, and the staff are incredibly lovely, welcoming, and friendly. I've attached images showcasing my nails a week after the appointment, and they are a perfect match to the reference photo I provided. Other establishments in the vicinity simply do not measure up in terms of longevity.
Arrived 15 minutes late for my appointment, promptly informed the technician via text, and was assured it was not an issue. Despite travelling an hour to reach the salon, I then waited for 30 minutes before being informed that my wait time was uncertain due to accommodating other clients, which I understand. However, it would have been more professional to communicate the potential delay earlier, allowing me to make an informed decision about proceeding with the appointment. This lack of communication and subsequent embarrassment in front of other patrons, after being a loyal customer for over 3 years, is disappointing. Previous instances of tardiness on their part have also been a recurring issue. Regrettably, I will not be returning.
