The prices are reasonable, and the staff definitely know their stuff. However, I won't be back because I often feel like I'm an inconvenience to them. I've had to repeatedly point out that the wax was too hot, only to be dismissed with excuses like 'your skin is cold'. They rushed through the process without taking care to ensure the wax wasn't scalding my skin. On top of that, I was rudely told I should consider treatments for cellulite and spider veins - completely inappropriate. Booking through Treatwell seems to create tension, and the overall experience is soured by this. While I understand the challenges small businesses face with platforms like Treatwell, the quality of service is overshadowed by these negative interactions. This establishment is a hidden treasure. Alex and the rest of the team are exceptionally welcoming and skilled professionals. The salon is spotless and looks even more beautiful after the recent renovation. I used to be a loyal customer during my time in Liverpool, and I have never encountered a place where I was as satisfied with the nail services and delightful customer care as Nail Lounge. I already miss this place. Keep up the fantastic work, folks. I visited the salon based on good reviews, but as seen in the photos, the details don't match. Paid for removal of previous work, not done completely. Resulting ripples affect the expected outcome of the BIAB service. Moreover, was told the previous product was bad for nails, so why wasn't it fully removed? Paying £64 for such work isn't worth it.

Mehru was incredibly professional and put me at ease. He followed my instructions to avoid touching the top of my eyebrow, which I appreciated as some eyebrow technicians tend to do their own thing and disregard your preferences. I usually don't get my eyebrows and upper lip done at salons, but I will definitely return:)About
