This establishment is a hidden treasure. Alex and the rest of the team are exceptionally welcoming and skilled professionals. The salon is spotless and looks even more beautiful after the recent renovation. I used to be a loyal customer during my time in Liverpool, and I have never encountered a place where I was as satisfied with the nail services and delightful customer care as Nail Lounge. I already miss this place. Keep up the fantastic work, folks. The standard British manicure chipped quickly after application. The filing was subpar, leaving a scratchy feeling that required personal correction. Disappointment arose from the £23 charge for gel removal and polishing, sans manicure inclusion. Rating two stars for amicable staff who waived the additional manicure fee. Albeit, cancellation of my Treatwell appointment necessitated cash payment, impeded by malfunctioning ATMs in the vicinity.About
