Jade was absolutely brilliant today. I have incredibly thick hair, and she skillfully trimmed it to sit beautifully without needing much styling. Will definitely be returning. I love this hairdressers - undoubtedly the best in the local area. I am quite picky about my hair, and Esther gave me the exact cut I wanted. She is incredibly talented and skillful, and affordable, and I can't recommend her enough. I concur with prior observations regarding the customer service lacking quality and displaying a tendency towards rudeness and roughness. My visits have been limited due to my recent relocation to the area, and I do not plan on returning. During my last visit, I opted for a shellac manicure which failed to endure even a week, a highly disappointing outcome. Mina (Amy) was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly helpful in selecting colours and choosing nail art that would complement my nail length and shape. Mina performed both my manicure with nail art and pedicure (which was exceptionally relaxing in the very comfortable chairs with a foot spa).
