Utterly disappointed, my nails came out thick and all different shapes. When one person started my nails, then another person came in, so she stopped and another person carried on. There was a language barrier and the acrylic powder was applied incorrectly, making my nails appear bent and wonky. This is the third time in a row I’ve left dissatisfied and paid over 80 pounds for nails and toes. Won’t be returning again
Extremely let down, I phoned early in the day and scheduled an appointment for 6pm and upon arrival, the gentleman said he could not do it as people waiting for a long time!!! Very unprofessional letting me down last minute while I could go elsewhere had I known they can't do it. They book you in but it doesn't mean anything to them! If you have an important event, don't rely on them to do your nails on time! Go elsewhere!
*edited following excellent service - my nails had initially chipped which I wasn’t happy about but after informing the salon, the gentlemen at the salon were very apologetic and kind about it and re did my entire set for me. Nails look much better now and the service was really great considering this
