Mina (Amy) was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly helpful in selecting colours and choosing nail art that would complement my nail length and shape. Mina performed both my manicure with nail art and pedicure (which was exceptionally relaxing in the very comfortable chairs with a foot spa). I concur with prior observations regarding the customer service lacking quality and displaying a tendency towards rudeness and roughness. My visits have been limited due to my recent relocation to the area, and I do not plan on returning. During my last visit, I opted for a shellac manicure which failed to endure even a week, a highly disappointing outcome. Utterly disappointed, my nails came out thick and all different shapes. When one person started my nails, then another person came in, so she stopped and another person carried on. There was a language barrier and the acrylic powder was applied incorrectly, making my nails appear bent and wonky. This is the third time in a row I’ve left dissatisfied and paid over 80 pounds for nails and toes.
