Terribly disappointed!!! Scheduled appointment ignored! Who cares? Your reservation is irrelevant!!! Placed in a chair with no attention, just sit and wait, walk-ins are warmly welcomed!!! Nails done without a base coat... why? Pedicure tools not cleaned or sanitized!!! Now my partner has toe fungus! Thank you for that! My nails deteriorated rapidly and caused a lot of pain. In 30 years, I have never encountered this problem. I will never return to this establishment. Worst service experience ever!! It's disheartening to see numerous customers coming in to have issues fixed. Worst nail salon I've ever been to!!
