I simply cannot express how thrilled I am with the exceptional service I received at Sailor Max tattoo parlour. From the moment I stepped foot inside, I was greeted warmly by the entire team. The moment I sat down, the artists wasted no time in getting to work on my cover-up. Captain (David) and first mate (Ethan) completely transformed my initial idea into a stunning piece of art. I gave them creative freedom with the design, and I am so glad I did as they added their own unique touch and flair to it. I wish the captain smooth sailing on his future adventures, but I do hope he returns occasionally to leave his mark on those fortunate enough to be inked by him. I trust that David will keep Ethan on his toes, always pushing him to think outside the box and improve his craft. Ethan shows great promise to be a captain in his own right once he takes the helm, as they have both truly given me a fresh perspective on life. Took our daughter here for her initial ear piercings and Vicky was phenomenal. Our daughter was anxious and Vicky really guided her through all the questions she had. The first ear piercing was uncomfortable and Vicky allowed us ample time to calm her down and decide if she wanted to continue. Consent is a key focus. We were made to feel at ease throughout the entire process. Our daughter was once again nervous returning to have her bars shortened and once more Vicky was incredibly patient and supportive. She’s consistently very knowledgeable and thorough in addressing questions and providing care information, etc. I highly recommend Auryn and they have definitely gained a loyal customer in me.

I'm quite let down this time unfortunately. The two elder Gentlemen are always so friendly and always manage to squeeze in my daughter's hair trims, which are quick (usually just fringe and ends). However, the new younger Gentleman I saw for the first time didn't have time between appointments that hadn't even arrived yet. It would have only taken 15 minutes for my daughter's haircut.
