The experience is incredibly relaxing, with gentle music playing in the background. Rachel and Lucy are exceptionally considerate, ensuring minimal disturbance to maintain a serene environment. Their gentle approach during the massage, product application, and detailed explanations enhance the overall experience. The initial consultation with Lucy was enlightening, and there is a one-time discount on products.

I got them done (somewhere else) felt they were a little harsh for me as fashion changes, I have been letting them lighten forever, finally I went and got 3 rounds of laser (not sore) for anyone that's thinking of it... back to Rasa to see they faded enough, finally got my brows back... super happy... I simply cannot express how thrilled I am with the exceptional service I received at Sailor Max tattoo parlour. From the moment I stepped foot inside, I was greeted warmly by the entire team. The moment I sat down, the artists wasted no time in getting to work on my cover-up. Captain (David) and first mate (Ethan) completely transformed my initial idea into a stunning piece of art. I gave them creative freedom with the design, and I am so glad I did as they added their own unique touch and flair to it. I wish the captain smooth sailing on his future adventures, but I do hope he returns occasionally to leave his mark on those fortunate enough to be inked by him. I trust that David will keep Ethan on his toes, always pushing him to think outside the box and improve his craft. Quite a varied experience here. Visited yesterday for my daughter's ear piercing. The individual who carried out the piercing was incredibly kind. Very gentle and supportive, helping my anxious daughter to relax. However, the manager was rather unpleasant and brusque. She insisted that we move our bags as they were obstructing the area and watch from outside. We complied, but she persisted in claiming we were in the way of the door and counter, which we were not. She became confrontational and hostile. After the procedure, when I went to pay, I politely suggested that there are more courteous ways to ask people to relocate. Took our daughter here for her initial ear piercings and Vicky was phenomenal. Our daughter was anxious and Vicky really guided her through all the questions she had. The first ear piercing was uncomfortable and Vicky allowed us ample time to calm her down and decide if she wanted to continue. Consent is a key focus. We were made to feel at ease throughout the entire process. Our daughter was once again nervous returning to have her bars shortened and once more Vicky was incredibly patient and supportive. She’s consistently very knowledgeable and thorough in addressing questions and providing care information, etc. I highly recommend Auryn and they have definitely gained a loyal customer in me.

I'm quite let down this time unfortunately. The two elder Gentlemen are always so friendly and always manage to squeeze in my daughter's hair trims, which are quick (usually just fringe and ends). However, the new younger Gentleman I saw for the first time didn't have time between appointments that hadn't even arrived yet. It would have only taken 15 minutes for my daughter's haircut. I cannot speak highly enough of this establishment! The team always greets you warmly, and Kat consistently pays attention to my requirements, offering me the finest advice and service. I have undergone 6 body roller sessions thus far, and the difference is truly remarkable. As a dedicated gym enthusiast, the treatment has significantly alleviated muscle tension (particularly in my quadriceps, hamstrings, and lower back). Furthermore, my skin (especially on my abdomen and legs) appears smoother and more toned. Additionally, the reception and treatment rooms exude a very calming atmosphere, which is quite uncommon for a skincare clinic. The staff conduct themselves with utmost professionalism and, based on my experience, refrain from suggesting unnecessary treatments if they are not needed, instilling in me a great deal of trust and confidence in their principles.
