The experience is incredibly relaxing, with gentle music playing in the background. Rachel and Lucy are exceptionally considerate, ensuring minimal disturbance to maintain a serene environment. Their gentle approach during the massage, product application, and detailed explanations enhance the overall experience. The initial consultation with Lucy was enlightening, and there is a one-time discount on products.

I got them done (somewhere else) felt they were a little harsh for me as fashion changes, I have been letting them lighten forever, finally I went and got 3 rounds of laser (not sore) for anyone that's thinking of it... back to Rasa to see they faded enough, finally got my brows back... super happy... I cannot speak highly enough of this establishment! The team always greets you warmly, and Kat consistently pays attention to my requirements, offering me the finest advice and service. I have undergone 6 body roller sessions thus far, and the difference is truly remarkable. As a dedicated gym enthusiast, the treatment has significantly alleviated muscle tension (particularly in my quadriceps, hamstrings, and lower back). Furthermore, my skin (especially on my abdomen and legs) appears smoother and more toned. Additionally, the reception and treatment rooms exude a very calming atmosphere, which is quite uncommon for a skincare clinic. The staff conduct themselves with utmost professionalism and, based on my experience, refrain from suggesting unnecessary treatments if they are not needed, instilling in me a great deal of trust and confidence in their principles.

The clinic itself is a stunning space, designed for maximum quality and comfort. I was welcomed by warm staff who made me feel at ease and valued.
Laura is outstanding, she explained everything to me clearly, and despite my nerves about my first time, I knew Laura would lead me through and provide the best care. She is evidently very experienced, knowledgeable, and so friendly and easy to connect with.
The initial days after the injections were exactly as Laura had explained, so I was not caught off guard by anything.
I have now had my two-week follow-up, and once again, it was such an amazing experience! There were more team members in the reception area and everyone greeted me and was very hospitable.
I am extremely content with every aspect of my experience and naturally, extremely pleased with my results.About

I simply cannot express how thrilled I am with the exceptional service I received at Sailor Max tattoo parlour. From the moment I stepped foot inside, I was greeted warmly by the entire team. The moment I sat down, the artists wasted no time in getting to work on my cover-up. Captain (David) and first mate (Ethan) completely transformed my initial idea into a stunning piece of art. I gave them creative freedom with the design, and I am so glad I did as they added their own unique touch and flair to it. Took our daughter here for her initial ear piercings and Vicky was phenomenal. Our daughter was anxious and Vicky really guided her through all the questions she had. The first ear piercing was uncomfortable and Vicky allowed us ample time to calm her down and decide if she wanted to continue. Consent is a key focus. We were made to feel at ease throughout the entire process. Our daughter was once again nervous returning to have her bars shortened and once more Vicky was incredibly patient and supportive. She’s consistently very knowledgeable and thorough in addressing questions and providing care information, etc. I highly recommend Auryn and they have definitely gained a loyal customer in me.
