Quite a varied experience here. Visited yesterday for my daughter's ear piercing. The individual who carried out the piercing was incredibly kind. Very gentle and supportive, helping my anxious daughter to relax. However, the manager was rather unpleasant and brusque. She insisted that we move our bags as they were obstructing the area and watch from outside. We complied, but she persisted in claiming we were in the way of the door and counter, which we were not. She became confrontational and hostile. After the procedure, when I went to pay, I politely suggested that there are more courteous ways to ask people to relocate. The clinic itself is a stunning space, designed for maximum quality and comfort. I was welcomed by warm staff who made me feel at ease and valued.
Laura is outstanding, she explained everything to me clearly, and despite my nerves about my first time, I knew Laura would lead me through and provide the best care. She is evidently very experienced, knowledgeable, and so friendly and easy to connect with.
The initial days after the injections were exactly as Laura had explained, so I was not caught off guard by anything.
I have now had my two-week follow-up, and once again, it was such an amazing experience! There were more team members in the reception area and everyone greeted me and was very hospitable.
I am extremely content with every aspect of my experience and naturally, extremely pleased with my results.About

The experience is incredibly relaxing, with gentle music playing in the background. Rachel and Lucy are exceptionally considerate, ensuring minimal disturbance to maintain a serene environment. Their gentle approach during the massage, product application, and detailed explanations enhance the overall experience. The initial consultation with Lucy was enlightening, and there is a one-time discount on products.

Took our daughter here for her initial ear piercings and Vicky was phenomenal. Our daughter was anxious and Vicky really guided her through all the questions she had. The first ear piercing was uncomfortable and Vicky allowed us ample time to calm her down and decide if she wanted to continue. Consent is a key focus. We were made to feel at ease throughout the entire process. Our daughter was once again nervous returning to have her bars shortened and once more Vicky was incredibly patient and supportive.
