I was a bit hesitant about trying a back massage where you lie on a heated mat, but I needn't have worried as it turned out to be the most relaxing and enjoyable experience. I felt incredibly well looked after throughout. The manicure was also a delight, complete with a lovely hand massage. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service received. While my previous experiences were excellent with a male technician, this time I was attended to by one of the female staff members. Unfortunately, she not only applied the entire nail unevenly but also failed to deliver the requested design. She rushed through the process, claiming that the marble nails I wanted would look too busy.
