I've known Max for the past two years. They have listened to what I wanted and created bespoke wigs to suit me. I have long-term alopecia and these wigs are truly exceptional. They are meticulously hand-knotted into a delicate mesh base. I find them comfortable to wear and almost like they are my natural hair. I am always striving to enhance my appearance and Max has been incredibly patient and understanding in fulfilling my vision. I am delighted to have found them. The hair quality is outstanding. From the greeting, to the treatment area, to the massage itself and even the little treat at the end - the entire experience was incredibly calming. I've been frequenting the same barber all my life until the pandemic struck and my barber moved abroad. In a state of urgency, I scoured my local neighbourhood and stumbled upon Toni and Guy. Claire at the Ealing Broadway outlet has been handling my hair colour and highlights ever since, and she's absolutely fantastic. She's consistently polite, understanding, and attentive. I always depart with my hair feeling rejuvenated, and even when we've brought my elderly mother along to wait with us, they treat her with the same level of care and consideration. The entire team, including the manager and assistants, are incredibly welcoming and kind. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Regrettably, I didn't proceed with the reservation as there was a minimum fee even for a brief haircut like mine at £75. gone are the days where you could simply have a wet cut and a rough dry. It had to be a complete wash, cut and blow-dry which unfortunately I wasn't willing to pay for such a short haircut. While I understand it's a policy, it didn't suit me.
