Regrettably, I didn't proceed with the reservation as there was a minimum fee even for a brief haircut like mine at £75. gone are the days where you could simply have a wet cut and a rough dry. It had to be a complete wash, cut and blow-dry which unfortunately I wasn't willing to pay for such a short haircut. While I understand it's a policy, it didn't suit me. I've just left Thai Revival after a great massage, very thorough and feeling so much better. I've been going there for years and am very satisfied with the service. The gentleman on reception is polite and professional, the rooms are always very clean. It's not a luxury salon, but I've paid much more in fancy places and not had as good a massage. I don't care if the ladies speak to me, I can easily tell them what I want or if I want to change the pressure. I just want to zone out for an hour and feel my aches disappear, which they do! It's a quirky place, maybe not for everyone, but I love it and think it's a little Chiswick gem! I've been frequenting the same barber all my life until the pandemic struck and my barber moved abroad. In a state of urgency, I scoured my local neighbourhood and stumbled upon Toni and Guy. Claire at the Ealing Broadway outlet has been handling my hair colour and highlights ever since, and she's absolutely fantastic. She's consistently polite, understanding, and attentive. I always depart with my hair feeling rejuvenated, and even when we've brought my elderly mother along to wait with us, they treat her with the same level of care and consideration. The entire team, including the manager and assistants, are incredibly welcoming and kind. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I was charged extra for a refill claiming it was a superior product, and just 2 days later, my nail broke. When I informed them, their response was lacklustre and unhelpful. Unbelievable, steer clear of this establishment. P.S.
