I have been undergoing treatment with Nico for a number of weeks now, following severe back pain. Nico is gentle and creates a calming atmosphere. He regularly checks in with me during the session to ensure my comfort. The results of his massages have been remarkable. Initially, I could barely move, but now I am in a much improved condition. I am extremely grateful for Nico's advice on exercises to enhance my body's flexibility between appointments. I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE VISITING THIS ESTABLISHMENT! NOT EVEN TO MY WORST FOE. This gentleman is unprofessional and deceitful. He is a fraud. I reserved an electrolysis hair removal session. He failed to disclose the potential side effects of the treatment and persuaded me to prepay for multiple sessions to save some cash. I handed over £80 for an hour. Only received a 30-minute treatment. My face felt tender and swollen. It was dreadful. I had a planned one-week trip a few days later. He has harmed the skin around my neck. I have bumps beneath the skin on my neck. I requested a reimbursement for the remaining 30 minutes; he declined. He proposed a £20 treatment instead. What a scam! He refuses to let me transfer that treatment to someone else, as I am so repulsed by that establishment. Avoid. Unprofessional conduct and discourtesy at its peak. From my entrance to my departure, the entire team gossiped about me, ridiculed me, making me feel incredibly uneasy. I was charged extra for a refill claiming it was a superior product, and just 2 days later, my nail broke. When I informed them, their response was lacklustre and unhelpful. Unbelievable, steer clear of this establishment. P.S. This is an honest review of the wax I just had. First tiny red(ish) flag was there wasn’t a fresh wipe for you on the table nor a towel to cover yourself. Not a big deal I guess but after getting waxes for 7 years you get used to having things a certain way. Then, the first small talk was about how she’s had loads of complaints yesterday which I don’t think is the most positive thing to talk about when you’re with a brand new customer. Anyway, I laughed it off. The next strange interaction was when she saw my hair and said oh it’s quite long and that I ‘should have trimmed it at home’. Never, in any wax I’ve been to, have I been told to trim it myself. Either they trim no problem or they prefer not to trim and get straight to it! That was one thing that annoyed me because it felt like I was a nuisance when I’m paying for your services!! Anyway, the wax itself was thorough but some bits really nipped me (minor). However, the majority was painless so I can’t complain there. Then, I asked how she wants me to do my buttocks. She told me “Brazilian doesn’t include buttocks but I’ll do it for you”. I was quite taken aback, as I have been getting the same Brazilian for years and it has always included the buttocks area. Again, it felt like she was doing me a favour and I should be grateful?! Very bizarre. The last thing that felt odd was when she didn’t leave the room to let me get changed so I had to put back on my underwear and skirt in front of her which made me feel like a kid who’s just been scolded…About

I've known Max for the past two years. They have listened to what I wanted and created bespoke wigs to suit me. I have long-term alopecia and these wigs are truly exceptional. They are meticulously hand-knotted into a delicate mesh base. I find them comfortable to wear and almost like they are my natural hair. I am always striving to enhance my appearance and Max has been incredibly patient and understanding in fulfilling my vision. I am delighted to have found them. The hair quality is outstanding. They have also been exceptionally helpful in advising on hair care and making adjustments as needed. Thank you for your assistance so far!

From the greeting, to the treatment area, to the massage itself and even the little treat at the end - the entire experience was incredibly calming.
