Yesterday I experienced my first pregnancy massage with Charlie. I've been struggling to sleep well due to constant back and hip discomfort in the final weeks of my pregnancy. Charlie was exceptional with the massage, she created a very relaxing and comfortable environment and explained the benefits of a pregnancy massage compared to a regular one. Needless to say, I had a wonderful night's sleep for the first time in weeks.
