I had a terrible experience at this salon. They couldn't replicate my first design, and the second attempt looked nothing like the inspiration picture. I paid £22 for a result that was extremely disappointing. The nail technician buffed my nails so vigorously that my finger started to bleed. Moreover, the language barrier made communication difficult.

Had a wonderful morning at Dylan’s hair den today getting my hair coloured, the salon is very welcoming, modern and clean. Dylan went the extra mile to make me feel beautiful, he did a T-bar foils with added pink highlights for me, I showed him a picture I liked from google and he brought it to life for me! Very pleased with my hair, and the products used. I visited thrice in a span of 5 days. During the first visit, none of the tubes emitted heat and light. The second visit was perfect, but during the third visit, half of the session was without heat from the tubes, lasting only 2 to 3 minutes. When I brought this up with the manager, she insisted on speaking to the area manager!! There was no apology, she just kept saying that no one else had complained. The staff present on Thursday and Friday were fantastic, very friendly and professional. The manager is quite an embarrassment.HOT!
