Amid these uncertain times, I felt a bit apprehensive about my first salon visit. However, my worries were quickly eased. The therapist (Alesha) was incredibly reassuring and guided me through the new safety protocols. The salon was well-organized, with clients coming and going at different times. It was impeccably clean, with thorough sanitization and safety measures in place. Despite these new precautions, my appointment was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. I recently visited Charlie for the first time at their serene and pristine clinic to have lip filler. Even though I have had lip filler done in the past I was extremely nervous whether Charlie would be able to achieve the result that I wanted. We had an in depth chat and consultation prior to the treatment so I was completely clear on what was going to happen and the technique Charlie was going to use for my lips. The treatment was virtually pain free, which was such a relief (my previous lip injections were excruciating). Charlie is so professional, calm and a very lovely individual, it was very much a pleasant experience. I absolutely love my lips and they are exactly what I had asked for in our consultation. Charlie was also amazing when I reached out to them for some further advice. The best practitioner I have had a pleasure to come across. Thank you Charlie, I will be back for more. Iβve been tattooed by Max for over 2 years now. I wonβt be looking elsewhere, the ambiance in the studio is incredibly calming and uplifting. Everyone in the studio is extremely welcoming, all the artists are exceptionally skilled. Simply Skin Alton is unequivocally the FINEST, William is so gentle, highly approachable and taking great care of me. I have undergone sessions of IPL with him as I have dark thick long hairs on my legs I refer it as a man's legs. But after being thoroughly evaluated by William and having the process explained to me in detail, now I'm delighted to say legs looking fabulous I don't have to shave my legs anymore! I'm very happy and I can wear mini skirts, shorts and dresses without fretting about my legs. And I'm also receiving my facials with William again exceptional treatment, I feel deeply relaxed and my skin is smoother and more radiant!

I underwent a tattoo session at this establishment, and I am unsure if the artist was having an off day, but I could only endure the outline before requesting her to stop (having had numerous tattoos, I possess a decent pain tolerance). My skin now bears permanent scars from the rough and hasty needle work, with the ink appearing blurred and the overall experience being unpleasant. Subsequently, I sought assistance from other professionals to rectify or cover up this tattoo, but my skin has been left so damaged that I can only endure 30-minute sessions for cover-ups before experiencing excessive swelling and ink displacement due to plasma. The most disheartening aspect is that I paid a substantial amount only to receive a poorly executed outline and significant scarring.
