Alex has been brilliant! I've been undergoing laser hair removal and was a bit apprehensive - Alex reassured me with her friendly approach and the service has been top-notch from beginning to end. I've noticed a significant reduction in the speed of hair growth and thickness, a few more sessions left but I'm very pleased with the progress so far! They are truly mesmerising, and I find myself unable to look away from the intricate masterpieces on my fingertips. Exceptional communication leading up to the appointment, and delightful conversation throughout. The overall atmosphere of the Dose salon was delightful as well, exuding a warm and inclusive energy. I anticipated a certain standard upon entering. No chit-chat, no drink offer, and rude technicians - all familiar from my visits to nail bars in Australia. Yet, the quality of work there was exceptional, unlike Hollywood Nails. My nails bear scratch-like file marks, irregular shapes, and excessively thick application. The multitasking technician caused discomfort, the overpowering smell of nail products lingered, and the seating was uncomfortable. The excessive buffing of my nail bed with an electric drill caused pain at times. I was apprehensive after my first session as they were pale and then after my top up they started out very dark, but Olivia assured me they would turn into my perfect colour. She was definitely right !! They’re perfect and I feel so confident in myself now. It takes me so much less time in a morning to get ready as well. I would 100% recommend this treatment by Olivia - it’s worth the money as I had no eyebrow colour starting out.
