Alex has been brilliant! I've been undergoing laser hair removal and was a bit apprehensive - Alex reassured me with her friendly approach and the service has been top-notch from beginning to end. I've noticed a significant reduction in the speed of hair growth and thickness, a few more sessions left but I'm very pleased with the progress so far! I had ombré brows done by Olivia in July and topped up in August. I was apprehensive after my first session as they were pale and then after my top up they started out very dark, but Olivia assured me they would turn into my perfect colour. She was definitely right !! They’re perfect and I feel so confident in myself now. It takes me so much less time in a morning to get ready as well. I would 100% recommend this treatment by Olivia - it’s worth the money as I had no eyebrow colour starting out. First time at Revive and had a gel pedicure & French tip by James, he is absolutely delightful and made me feel incredibly at ease & welcomed in the salon. Was greeted with a complimentary drink upon arrival, James did a fantastic job with my pedicure and the French tip is flawless, overall a wonderful experience! Visited Moss today for a fresh trim after ages - my sibling has praised the salon for years and adores it. The salon itself is truly charming, extremely tidy and has a welcoming atmosphere. The stylist did a fantastic job on my hair - I usually end up in tears after a haircut but this time was completely different - I adore my new style and felt amazing walking out of the salon. Also received plenty of tips and suggestions for maintaining healthy hair (products and techniques). Will definitely be returning. I anticipated a certain standard upon entering. No chit-chat, no drink offer, and rude technicians - all familiar from my visits to nail bars in Australia. Yet, the quality of work there was exceptional, unlike Hollywood Nails. My nails bear scratch-like file marks, irregular shapes, and excessively thick application. The multitasking technician caused discomfort, the overpowering smell of nail products lingered, and the seating was uncomfortable. The excessive buffing of my nail bed with an electric drill caused pain at times.
