Amy and Laura are both exceptional at their craft. They possess extensive knowledge and always provide thorough explanations. Whenever I visit, they are both friendly and welcoming. The clinic is consistently pristine, and appointments run punctually.
I have tried other venues for laser hair removal in the past, but I can confidently say that this clinic surpasses them all. I have received comprehensive information about the treatment and received valuable advice on post-treatment skincare. I've been visiting Gurpriya for a year now. What can I say? She is an absolute skin genius. Her knowledge of skin and all the different products is amazing. She is always warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere is calm and soothing. She's forever willing to help regardless of time and day. Always prompt, and she will always make time for you. My skin issues over the year have almost all gone, and I've not felt as confident in my own skin in a while all thanks to Gurpriya and how well she knows all the different skin issues and concerns. Shannon provided clear explanations throughout the whole process. She took the lead on determining the shape and length, which I appreciated as I was clueless about those aspects.
