Scheduled Olivia for a luxurious manicure and pedicure for my daughter as a special treat. Confirmed Olivia would use gel nails. Paid upfront but Olivia didn't use gel nails and later claimed that mittens would cause the gel to come off?. Upon questioning, I was informed that gel nails would cost an additional £10! The confusion regarding the services provided is concerning!
Made multiple calls and sent emails. No refund was issued. What a deception - even over the phone, the lady acknowledged the misleading information!
