We had a fantastic time at our parent and baby yoga sessions! Emma made us feel so at ease, and the studio is tranquil and inviting. There's no pressure to follow the session rigidly, allowing for flexibility when the baby needs feeding, changing, or sleeping. It was a perfect opportunity to bond with the baby without any distractions, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to other parents and babies!
