I would strongly advise against visiting this establishment if you suffer from anxiety. During my visit to Aylesbury to collect a car, I decided to have my nails done while waiting. The first nearby nail salon was fully booked, and so I ended up at this place. The customer service was appalling - the staff openly laughed and spoke in their own language, making me feel uncomfortable and ridiculed. They also made derogatory remarks in their language, which was incredibly unprofessional. The technicians filed my natural nails too thin, causing discomfort when applying the acrylics. The sharp edges of the nails made simple tasks painful. The male employees were judgmental and rude, with the female manager condoning their behaviour. The atmosphere was hostile, and I felt unwelcome throughout. Moreover, they rushed through the service, resulting in a poor nail finish. Kajal was incredibly warm and hospitable. I had my eyebrows and upper lip waxed, Kajal incorporated some threading for the finer hairs to ensure perfection. Additionally, I opted for eyelash and eyebrow tinting, and Kajal meticulously applied the products with care. I left completely satisfied with the treatments and will definitely be a returning customer.
