Appalling customer service! The owner's husband was incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I showed him a photo of the colour I wanted, he simply said they didn't have it. I then inquired about something similar, and he carelessly dropped a basket of nail polishes in front of me, telling me to choose. During the filing process, he didn't even ask about the shape I preferred. When I requested a round shape, he rolled his eyes and made the whole experience tense and unpleasant. When I confronted him about his behaviour, he ignored me and refused to communicate. Had a delightful encounter with a charming gentleman at the St John’s hill, Clapham branch. He seemed to be of South American descent and possibly the manager. His warm demeanor made my visit quite pleasant.
I was relieved to have his assistance as another staff member appeared quite gloomy and unapproachable, which is not ideal for customer service.
The promotion of buy 3 and get 3 free left me overjoyed!
