I've been visiting Tranquil spa since I relocated to Cheltenham 5 years ago. I frequently go for waxing and the service is consistently exceptional! Samir is the quickest beautician you can encounter and Rhea is simply the most charming and skilled beautician you could wish for. She is incredibly kind and her waxing is nearly painless. I visited today with my 7 month old son who didn't nap for a second and everyone was very kind and accommodating. Especially Rhea as always, she made me feel very supported while I was juggling the baby as she waxed me. Appalling customer service! The owner's husband was incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I showed him a photo of the colour I wanted, he simply said they didn't have it. I then inquired about something similar, and he carelessly dropped a basket of nail polishes in front of me, telling me to choose. During the filing process, he didn't even ask about the shape I preferred. When I requested a round shape, he rolled his eyes and made the whole experience tense and unpleasant. When I confronted him about his behaviour, he ignored me and refused to communicate.
