The classes are brilliant and have a very personal feel to them with flexible times that really go well with work and parenthood. Booking is simple on the app and the guys are always available online for tips, advice & support....(and yummy recipes)
I highly recommend giving this gym a go, even if you're a bit hesitant like me... you wont regret it!
