Absolutely no stars. Pre-booked weeks ahead for a 90-minute massage. Upon arrival, located the place, buzzed the bell, called the establishment...No Response. Couldn't access the building, and it was raining. Persisted and eventually got someone on the phone who informed me they had scheduled me for the wrong day. Didn't allow me to explain or apologize...A total disaster in terms of customer service. I was drenched.
