Unhappy to leave a negative review as I've visited before without issue. This time, I requested short, square French nails but was disappointed. The cuticles weren't tidied, giving my new set an aged appearance. The "square" nails turned out U-shaped and when I asked for a fix, it was done hastily. While the staff were friendly, essential manicure steps were overlooked. Got a set of acrylics done and was quite pleased with the results. They lasted for a good 3 weeks. However, when I went back for an infill, two of the nails started to come loose. On my next visit, there was a significant delay in opening the shop on the 21st of December. The staff arrived at 10:15, and while getting my nails attended to, the technician abruptly left halfway through a customer's service. After half an hour of waiting, there was still no sign of anyone. When inquired, the response was rude, indicating that it could be 15 minutes or even 2 hours before someone else arrived. Frustrated customers were told to just leave. Witnessing the chaos, I decided to leave as well, as there were five clients ahead of me. I am unsure of when someone eventually showed up, but the shop was deserted. Will not be returning. The tension in the air was palpable throughout each visit.

My wife and I are regular visitors to the Lycium Centre. My wife for sports massage and acupuncture, and myself for Reflexology.
Harry and Olivia are such delightful individuals, they create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere right from the start.
The treatment room is consistently spotless, serene, and warm, with soothing music playing softly in the background.
Each visit seems to fly by, sometimes lasting over two hours, as the experience is so enjoyable and relaxing that I feel rejuvenated for the rest of the day.
I highly recommend trying a treatment here as Harry and Olivia are both highly skilled and knowledgeable about the various therapies they provide.
The discomfort in my back is significantly alleviated with each visit.
You're truly missing out on a fantastic experience if you don't try at least one therapy session.
