My experience of massages is quite limited, but I can definitely distinguish between a great one and a poor one. Sonia is absolutely fantastic. Incredibly personable and professional, her expertise in adjusting pressure levels sets her apart from many other masseurs. The ambiance of the space is intimate and comfortable. Unlike other massages where proper support for the neck and limbs is lacking, Sonia ensures that your body and mind are fully cared for. I had specific needs which we discussed beforehand, and I was extremely pleased with how she addressed them. If possible, opt for the 1.5-hour session to allow Sonia to thoroughly work her magic; it's definitely worth it. I visited Mary yesterday. My left foot was in agony - thanks to some corns. I cannot speak highly enough of this young woman. She was caring and incredibly patient with me! She got rid of the corns, and then proceeded to work on my nails and so on. I left the clinic with 'new' feet! This morning, I can walk pain-free...no longer feeling like I'm treading on shards of glass!

To get to Barnham Health & Beauty at 33 Barnham Rd, Barnham, Bognor Regis PO22 0ER by public transport, take bus number 66 from Bognor Regis to Barnham Station, then walk for about 5 minutes to reach the salon. If driving, head towards Barnham village and turn onto Barnham Road from the crossroads with Yapton Road, the salon will be on your left after passing the railway bridge.
