Charming establishment, Alex worked wonders on our vintage wedding hair. Despite being unable to meet beforehand due to our residence in Farnham, the results were absolutely stunning. Alex even ensured that my waves lasted the entire evening (which usually lasts only a few hours), and they truly did last all night 😁. Unfortunately, we ran out of time for breakfast, but they kindly allowed us to eat while getting our hair styled. Thank you.

I made a booking for a manicure, but was informed on the day of my appointment that the technician would be working alone, so the treatment might be incomplete. Upon arrival, there was actually another individual present. She proceeded to file and paint my nails, yet still charged me the full price for the manicure, which I did not receive in full. To add to my disappointment, the polish began to lift and flake off the following day.
