My initial visit to this salon was last week. I opted for this salon based on the stellar reviews. The salon had a pleasant ambiance and the lady at the reception was delightful. Alexandra handled my haircut and styled it beautifully post-cut with a round brush for added volume. I wasn't shown the back of my hair and didn't notice any irregularities with the hair's texture being wavy. However, when I straightened my hair the following day, I was utterly dismayed by the back view. Supposedly, 'soft layers' were incorporated, but the back of my hair appears as though random chunks were haphazardly snipped, resulting in an uneven and disjointed look with random short strands. It looks dreadful, and I can't wear my hair down or straight now.
