Hannah is a kind individual who pays close attention to her clients' needs, such as adjusting the room temperature and adapting techniques as necessary. She offers a holistic service that creates the perfect atmosphere to relax, from the lighting to the scents and colours, everything is perfectly balanced to provide a soothing experience. I've been a regular customer here for about a year now, and overall, the service has been satisfactory. I usually opt for a 0.5 fade and beard maintenance during each visit. My beard, which took years to grow and is quite thick at about 6 inches in length, is a point of pride for me. However, during my last visit, I experienced a mishap. The barber, without consulting me, significantly trimmed the thickness of my beard, leaving me with a clean-shaven neck for the first time in 8 years. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction, the barber attempted to justify his actions by citing the hot weather. Disheartened, I paid the bill and left, but I will not be returning.
