Oh my goodness, where shall I begin! I recently utilized Lash for all of my bridal preparation last week (tan, lashes, and nails), and Nikita and Kim made me feel incredibly welcome and stunning. I absolutely adored visiting the salon, which was even more stunning than I had envisioned, and I felt exceptionally cared for from the beginning to the end of all my appointments. Nikita ensured that all my appointments were perfectly timed, and her suggestions were just right for my significant day. I cannot praise them enough! Thank you so very much once again. I've been a regular customer here for about a year now, and overall, the service has been satisfactory. I usually opt for a 0.5 fade and beard maintenance during each visit. My beard, which took years to grow and is quite thick at about 6 inches in length, is a point of pride for me. However, during my last visit, I experienced a mishap. The barber, without consulting me, significantly trimmed the thickness of my beard, leaving me with a clean-shaven neck for the first time in 8 years. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction, the barber attempted to justify his actions by citing the hot weather. Disheartened, I paid the bill and left, but I will not be returning.
