Today, I hosted my daughter's birthday pamper party at this venue. The 9 girls were treated to nail painting, hair curling, and a delightful high tea lunch. Chrissy, Mel, and Shannon were exceptional, displaying remarkable patience and professionalism. The girls had an absolute blast. Oh my goodness, where shall I begin! I recently utilized Lash for all of my bridal preparation last week (tan, lashes, and nails), and Nikita and Kim made me feel incredibly welcome and stunning. I absolutely adored visiting the salon, which was even more stunning than I had envisioned, and I felt exceptionally cared for from the beginning to the end of all my appointments. I've been a regular customer here for about a year now, and overall, the service has been satisfactory. I usually opt for a 0.5 fade and beard maintenance during each visit. My beard, which took years to grow and is quite thick at about 6 inches in length, is a point of pride for me. However, during my last visit, I experienced a mishap. The barber, without consulting me, significantly trimmed the thickness of my beard, leaving me with a clean-shaven neck for the first time in 8 years. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction, the barber attempted to justify his actions by citing the hot weather. Disheartened, I paid the bill and left, but I will not be returning.
