If I could, I'd award Becky more than 5 stars! She is truly exceptional. I initially sought her out during a challenging period of postpartum hair loss, which had significantly impacted my self-esteem. Becky not only revitalised my hair but also took the time to understand me on a personal level. Each hair appointment felt like a meaningful conversation and collaboration. Walking out of the salon with stunning hair left me feeling incredible. I've become a regular client since that transformative experience, and I see no reason to stop. I had my acrylic nails removed and they just ripped them off! They got their own nail under my acrylic and just pulled. After ripping the first one off, half of my nail came off with it and it bled considerably. I then asked them to soak the others off but they ripped the rest of my nails off in the same way. Luckily, the rest of my nails remained intact but they’re now as thin as tissue paper. I am very sad and now have very saw nails that are too short, too thin and don’t look very nice.
