My experience with this nail salon was horrendous. The customer service was appalling from the start. I was falsely informed about free parking, resulting in a parking ticket. When I sought assistance from the staff, they were unhelpful and indifferent. They refused to provide me with a receipt, despite knowing they had done my nails. Their lack of empathy and unwillingness to rectify the situation was disappointing. The staff's jokes about parking fines were in poor taste. I would have gladly paid for parking if I had been informed correctly. The salon's insistence on cash-only transactions and the absence of receipts was perplexing. The nail designs were basic and sloppy, and I regret choosing convenience over quality.
