Utterly dreadful, my daughter went in for a HAIRCUT, expecting a simple trim. She left with hair much shorter than desired, completely uneven. The stylist, an elderly gentleman, claimed to have 35 years of experience but clearly lacked knowledge of current hair trends. We had to seek help elsewhere to fix the mess he created. Now, my daughter has to wait years to grow her hair back out. For many years, I have been a loyal client of Berni at Pure and each treatment has been fantastic. Berni goes the extra mile for her clients, treating them with respect and care. She exudes a calming presence and is a delight to be around, plus, the treatments are top-notch!
It's disheartening to see a one-star review from someone who must have dialed the wrong number, as Berni is never rude or aggressive and would never raise her voice at a client.

I have to respectfully disagree with the previous comment. Alex is truly a hair maestro and has been tending to my locks for 5 years now. I find the earlier post to be deceitful and misleading. The hair images were captured 7 months before the actual styling. I urge you to scrutinize the pictures and their dates, juxtaposed with the genuine outcomes. Alex is a consummate professional, attentive, amiable, and truly makes me feel like a million pounds.
