I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Crisi! She took the time to understand what I liked about my current hairstyle and what changes I wanted to make. Unlike other hairdressers I've been to, she paid meticulous attention to my inspiration pictures. For many years, I have been a loyal client of Berni at Pure and each treatment has been fantastic. Berni goes the extra mile for her clients, treating them with respect and care. She exudes a calming presence and is a delight to be around, plus, the treatments are top-notch!
It's disheartening to see a one-star review from someone who must have dialed the wrong number, as Berni is never rude or aggressive and would never raise her voice at a client.

Utterly dreadful, my daughter went in for a HAIRCUT, expecting a simple trim. She left with hair much shorter than desired, completely uneven. The stylist, an elderly gentleman, claimed to have 35 years of experience but clearly lacked knowledge of current hair trends. We had to seek help elsewhere to fix the mess he created. Now, my daughter has to wait years to grow her hair back out. Had a fantastic time with Aisha, got my eyebrows threaded which were a bit tricky due to gaps, but Aisha did a great job shaping them nicely. Also had a facial which instantly brightened my skin, I'm thrilled with the results.
