Her professionalism, warmth, and friendliness shone through, and her studio is both clean and inviting. The treatment bed, warmed by an electric blanket and adorned with a cozy quilt, along with the delightful coffee and biscuits, made for a truly pleasant experience. Despite not being the most glamorous treatment, Imogen made it enjoyable. I also indulged in a manicure and facial, and even dozed off... Priceless. Imogen comes highly recommended.
