Imogen attended to me last week, after two years of unsuccessful attempts to treat fungal nails! Her professionalism, warmth, and friendliness shone through, and her studio is both clean and inviting. The treatment bed, warmed by an electric blanket and adorned with a cozy quilt, along with the delightful coffee and biscuits, made for a truly pleasant experience. Despite not being the most glamorous treatment, Imogen made it enjoyable. I also indulged in a manicure and facial, and even dozed off... Priceless. Imogen comes highly recommended. I visited Tranquil Haven today for a session and experienced a wonderfully soothing massage from Laura's apprentice masseur Alex, who skillfully followed Laura's guidance.
