I recently had a traditional Chinese massage at the establishment and I must say, I was left feeling rather disappointed. To begin with, when I attempted to articulate the issue I was having with my back, the massage therapist seemed to have trouble comprehending my concerns. She simply smiled and nodded, failing to properly address the problem area. Additionally, throughout the session, the therapist was preoccupied with her phone, only half-heartedly massaging with one hand. I visited for the first time this afternoon, all staff made me feel very welcomed and were very friendly. I had a pregnancy massage by Alex and he made me feel very comfortable throughout. It was my first time getting a pregnancy massage and Alex brilliantly explained at the start what he was going to be doing, in terms of how I would be laid. I came out of the massage feeling very relaxed.
