I visited for the first time this afternoon, all staff made me feel very welcomed and were very friendly. I had a pregnancy massage by Alex and he made me feel very comfortable throughout. It was my first time getting a pregnancy massage and Alex brilliantly explained at the start what he was going to be doing, in terms of how I would be laid. I came out of the massage feeling very relaxed. I recently had a traditional Chinese massage at the establishment and I must say, I was left feeling rather disappointed. To begin with, when I attempted to articulate the issue I was having with my back, the massage therapist seemed to have trouble comprehending my concerns. She simply smiled and nodded, failing to properly address the problem area. Additionally, throughout the session, the therapist was preoccupied with her phone, only half-heartedly massaging with one hand. Good morning, I've attempted to contact the store multiple times with no response. Upon purchasing calpol this morning, I discovered that the bottom of the bottle had detached, causing the contents to spill in my car. Although I did not drop it, it seemed as though the bottle had been damaged prior. The shop assistant was very helpful and provided me with a replacement. However, the new bottle also suffered the same issue. I suspect that the entire pallet may have been dropped at some point. I tried to call to prevent other customers from facing a similar problem.
