Extremely courteous and respectful upon my arrival. I chose the 60-minute full body massage. With a persistent backache and it had been months since my last massage, I felt it was much needed.
Having experienced numerous massages in the past and knowing what a good massage entails, I regret to say that the massage I received at Sekura was subpar.
It did not last an hour. I paid for 60 minutes and only got 30 minutes. I truly needed the full hour, as the person attending to me was very kind but spoke no English, making communication impossible.About

Suffering from escalating pain in my lower back, shoulder blades, and neck for a while now. To steer clear of painkillers (avoiding them if possible), I've tried sessions with a physio, a chiropractor, and even acupuncture, but with limited success. A friend recommended Belfast Physio and Massage, where I scheduled a Sports Massage with Lee. Lee struck me as composed, professional, and an excellent listener. The massage pressure suited me perfectly, and I felt secure in Lee's care. He actively engaged with me, paying attention to my pain points and addressing them effectively. Overall, I couldn't fault anything here; the ambiance is serene and welcoming without feeling too clinical. Remy at the reception is a valuable asset - professional, casually youthful, and amicable. Personally not a fan of nature sounds during treatments, so the music choice here was ideal for me. I've booked additional sessions with Lee, understanding that progress can take time. I saw Kai about a month ago (apologies for the delayed review). I was dealing with upper back and jaw pain. He was very thorough in his approach. While the massage could be intense at times, it was effective, and if it ever felt too much, a simple request for gentler pressure was all it took. I felt a bit tender for a day or two after, but soon after, the jaw pain I had been enduring for weeks vanished! If the pain resurfaces, I would not hesitate to return.
