Aisling is a true professional, extremely patient, and always reassuring. She did an exceptional job on me, taking her time to ensure I was satisfied with my SMP. Very reliable with appointments and communication, and the price was definitely worth it! I would have paid triple the amount for the treatment. Aisling even went the extra mile by arranging for me to see how SMP looked in person on a very helpful client before making my decision. It seems like there is a tendency to overcharge here, so it's best to stick to the prices listed. During my session, the price was quoted as 75 but I was charged 80. However, they did adjust the price when I raised the issue. Overall, my experience was average. Around twenty minutes into the massage, the oil had cooled down, which was uncomfortable considering the room was a bit cold. There were also missing small touches like a friendly greeting or checking on the pressure. It felt like the masseuse was just going through the motions to finish the 90 minutes. A friend recommended Belfast Physio and Massage, where I scheduled a Sports Massage with Lee. Lee struck me as composed, professional, and an excellent listener. The massage pressure suited me perfectly, and I felt secure in Lee's care. He actively engaged with me, paying attention to my pain points and addressing them effectively. Overall, I couldn't fault anything here; the ambiance is serene and welcoming without feeling too clinical. Remy at the reception is a valuable asset - professional, casually youthful, and amicable. Personally not a fan of nature sounds during treatments, so the music choice here was ideal for me. I've booked additional sessions with Lee, understanding that progress can take time. Feeling quite let down by the service, although the ladies were friendly. They claim to apply Russian lash extensions, but the lashes I received resemble the cheap individual lashes from Penney's. There's no volume whatsoever! Communication was good, but the services advertised were not provided. *Updated based on the response* I was never shown the lashes before or after application, most of the communication was through Alexis, but the lash technician just nodded when I explained what I wanted. Perhaps she didn't understand my accent or her English was lacking, which is why Alexis handled most of the communication. It wouldn't have been an issue if she had mentioned the condition of my natural lashes from the beginning, like "Apologies, madam, your natural lashes may not support the full Russian lashes you requested. Is it okay to proceed?" Instead, I lay there for hours only to get what you 'assumed'. I paid for a service, not for opinions. The funniest part is my 'partner', as you mentioned, wasn't present. It was unprofessional to use that as an excuse. 'Oh, but your partner said it looked better than your usual' - yes, fine. But as the one who paid for the service, I didn't like it and clearly stated my preferences. The fact that you didn't bother to call back but responded to my review two weeks later speaks volumes. I specifically mentioned I was travelling a long way based on the service you described over the phone - 'it lasts 4 weeks, darling, it's waterproof, it'll endure' - only for lashes to start falling out on the train journey home. Five weeks later, I still have random lash strands clinging on, with 3/4 of them gone. Your adhesive is probably worse than the previous one you claimed I had. I provided a detailed review to address the points you made in your response. Thank you for the apology, but such reviews could be avoided by simply returning a call.
