I've visited Charlie for a haircut 4 times now and have had fantastic experiences each time. It's my first time going back to the same hairdresser more than once and I've been in Manchester for 9 years. I always opt for a women's cut and blow-dry, as I don't do any colour or treatments, but I always leave feeling fabulous. The salon is immaculate and contemporary. After a week, I decided to have them removed, only to discover that the materials used had severely damaged my nails. I ended up paying 55 for nails that were completely ruined. My nails are now so thin that you can see the blood underneath. It feels like they have no concern for their clients or their nails. No one should have to go through this.About
