I had extensions for my nails, a baby boomer style. I'm really not happy with the result. I usually have this done, and it lasts at least 3 weeks. I couldn't go to my regular place, so I tried Rich Nails. Unfortunately, after just one week, my nails were coming off. I took pictures as proof since I was away on a business trip and very busy. When I went back to the salon 15 days later, all my nails were gone. The staff didn't seem to care at all and just told me to leave. They were just sitting there doing their own nails in an empty salon. They didn't even offer to fix mine properly after the poor job they did. **Usually a happy customer, I frequently come here for blow dries and have always been impressed by the service. However, today a new stylist worked on my hair and I was quite disappointed with the outcome. I paid £45 for a curly blow dry that lost its volume by the time I got home. An additional £10 for a premium conditioner didn't seem to make much difference. It took multiple reminders for the stylist to use tongs on my hair. I usually receive excellent service here, but today's experience left me dissatisfied.
