I returned to the salon multiple times as the nails kept chipping off, and even on my last visit, I still had to pay extra for the failed 3 attempts of shellac. It was incredibly relaxing and I believe it has greatly improved the condition of my scalp (especially after overusing dry shampoo and texturising products).
