Absolutely dreadful experience. The technician who worked on my nails didn't inquire about my preferences at the start. My nails were overly thick and unattractive. After a week, I decided to have them removed, only to discover that the materials used had severely damaged my nails. I ended up paying 55 for nails that were completely ruined. My nails are now so thin that you can see the blood underneath. It feels like they have no concern for their clients or their nails. No one should have to go through this.About

If you're paying £80 or whatever for the cut, you would expect a more even and better blow-dry, not a choppy result. I had to finish styling it at home, and there was no styling done at the salon. My hair was left dry and poorly finished, with some dark toner added that turned my blonde hair brown.About
