I returned to the salon multiple times as the nails kept chipping off, and even on my last visit, I still had to pay extra for the failed 3 attempts of shellac. **Usually a happy customer, I frequently come here for blow dries and have always been impressed by the service. However, today a new stylist worked on my hair and I was quite disappointed with the outcome. I paid £45 for a curly blow dry that lost its volume by the time I got home. An additional £10 for a premium conditioner didn't seem to make much difference. It took multiple reminders for the stylist to use tongs on my hair. I usually receive excellent service here, but today's experience left me dissatisfied.
