I had extensions for my nails, a baby boomer style. I'm really not happy with the result. I usually have this done, and it lasts at least 3 weeks. I couldn't go to my regular place, so I tried Rich Nails. Unfortunately, after just one week, my nails were coming off. I took pictures as proof since I was away on a business trip and very busy. When I went back to the salon 15 days later, all my nails were gone. The staff didn't seem to care at all and just told me to leave. They were just sitting there doing their own nails in an empty salon. They didn't even offer to fix mine properly after the poor job they did. I am truly disappointed to have to leave this review. I have had my nails done here a few times, but this last experience will be my final one. I returned to the salon multiple times as the nails kept chipping off, and even on my last visit, I still had to pay extra for the failed 3 attempts of shellac. I recently underwent a signature sculpt treatment that included a face physio booster with Paola-Andrea Londono. Paola was exceptional! Her technique was meticulous, and she applied just the right amount of pressure during the treatment. She quickly identified the tension I was holding in my jaw and shoulders and skillfully worked out all the knots. Paola was not only skilled but also personable and kept me informed throughout the treatment, explaining the benefits of each step. Both services were carried out with exceptional professionalism, and the results were fantastic. Heena made the entire experience very comfortable for me. **Usually a happy customer, I frequently come here for blow dries and have always been impressed by the service. However, today a new stylist worked on my hair and I was quite disappointed with the outcome. I paid £45 for a curly blow dry that lost its volume by the time I got home. An additional £10 for a premium conditioner didn't seem to make much difference. It took multiple reminders for the stylist to use tongs on my hair. I usually receive excellent service here, but today's experience left me dissatisfied.
