I am truly impressed by Alchemy & I, providing an exceptional salon experience that surpasses all others. Each member of the team exudes amazing talent and genuine care throughout your visit. I adore the fact that their effervescent water is delicately chilled with fresh slices of lemon or orange. The hair wash room resembles beds with cozy blankets, creating a complete spa-like ambiance, complemented by soothing lighting and music. For the first time, I did not experience any neck pain during a wash and treatment. The entire salon exudes a beautiful atmosphere with fantastic music and offerings on the menu. The edifice is charming, that's the only positive aspect I can mention, unfortunately. The floor was littered with nail clippings from previous clients, the pedicure quality was subpar, definitely not commensurate with the exorbitant price (grossly overpriced for the service provided), AND the individual attending to my partner's feet scrubbed so vigorously that she inadvertently removed a piece of skin, resulting in bleeding. There was no offer of a discount, adding to our disappointment. Regrettably, we departed feeling very dissatisfied.
